I have already signed up for
my e-Technobank account, but I still cannot log-in.
What Should I do?

A. |
Please
sign up again and make sure you have filled up all the
requested information in the sign-up page.
Your
eTechnobank ID and password is case sensitive, please check if
the CAPSLOCK key is On or Off. Type exactly the eTechnobank ID
and password as created.

Q.
How do I access the TRC technology library? |
|
| |
|
A. |
Whether you are a Prepaid user or Guest
user you have to click the sign up page button to create your own
password.
As Guest, you can still view the technology library materials although
you can not download the full text or multimedia clips. You are,
however, given the option to load you account using its Prepaid cards.
As Prepaid card user, you can load or reload your account and download
our technology materials in print or multimedia clips.
Always remember your username and password, because that will be your
permanent e-Technobank Account. |

What if I
can't find the topic that I want? |
|
| |
|
A. |
This can either mean two things: |
|
| |
|
|
a. The
material being sought does not yet exist in TRC's databases.
b. The material exists in the TLRC
databases but is yet to be listed in the Technology Library. |
|
| |
|
For existing materials that are not yet
listed in the Technology Library, you can visit the TRC Technobank at
the 4th Floor of the TRC Bldg., 103 J. Abad Santos St., Little Baguio, San Juan City.
In either case, we highly suggest that you provide feedback to the
Site Administrator by sending an email to elibrary@tlrc.gov.ph

I found
the material that I want. How do I get a copy? |

For printed materials in digital text
format, you must have Acrobat Reader to open the file.
For video materials, your computer must be equipped with a video
player such as Windows Media Player, DIVX PLayer or CODEC to open the file. |

Q.
How do I
load/reload my account? |
|
| |
|
A. |
Secure a Kabuhayan Prepaid Card/s or Kabuhayan Prepaid PIN/s at any of
the authorize outlets found by clicking the 'Where to buy' button.
There are 2 ways of reloading/loading your account: |
|

|
a. |
Loading/reloading
in the login page. ( Log-in page is the page where you enter
your eTechnobank ID and Password) |
|
| |
|
1. |
From
TRC homepage click eTechnobank then Technology Library. |
|
| |
|
2. |
Just
below the login page click 'Reload your e-Technobank prepaid
account' button. |
|
| |
|
3. |
In
the pop-up window fill-in the boxes provided for username/eTechnobank
ID, password, Card number, and Card PIN. then click 'Load
Now'. |
|
| |
|
Note: |
All entries are case sensitive, type
exactly as written in the card.
The card number and card PIN are alphanumeric please be careful in
recognizing letter 'o' from number '0'. |

b. |
Loading/reloading
in the search result page: |
|
| |
|
1. |
Click
eTechnobank then Technology Library. |
|
| |
|
2. |
Type
the correct eTechnobank ID and password in the textbox
provided. |
|
| |
|
3. |
Perform
simple search or advance search by choosing keyword/s in the
viewlist and click search. |
|
| |
|
4. |
In
the research result page click 'Reload your prepaid account'
button located in the upper left corner of the screen. |
|
| |
|
5. |
A
pop-up window will appear, just key in the card number and
click card PIN and "Load Now". |
|
| |
|
Note: |
Upon successful loading/reloading of
your Kabuhayan Card/PIN, the expiration will be sixty (60) days. |
