The Technology Resource Center
(TRC) has moved to its new office at the TRC Building
(formerly ELT Center), 103 J. Abad Santos cor. Lopez Jaena
Sts., Little Baguio, San Juan City. Pending the issuance
of its new landline numbers, telephone inquiries may be
directed to TRC's Corporate Communications Office through
telephone no. 727-6205 loc. 501, 504, 507.
The transfer of TRC to its new office building is one of its
key austerity measures. With this move, the Center is
expected to further reduce its annual operational expenses
by P4.5 Million.
TRC has generated an initial savings of P123.4 Million
annually after downsizing its workforce early this year
following its implementation of Executive Order 366 on
rationalization of government operations. It is the first
government agency to implement the highly controversial EO
366, which was intended to pave the way for the delivery of
quality service to the public at reduced operating expense. |
